Taekwondo has been called the ultimate self-defense martial art, promoting the improved formation of one's character while teaching the importance of both physical and mental conditioning. By building up self-confidence, self-respect and self-discipline in the friendly yet competitive atmosphere of this amazing art form, students train, aspire and persevere together, pushing each other to reach their full potential.

Incredible environment for families interested in learning more than just Taekwondo. Friendships and Fun are a welcome facet of this dojang and rarely if at all found elsewhere! The instructors are experienced with a passion to share knowledge and sincere desire to create opportunity for improvement and success.
Great place for kids, teens and adults to learn about confidence and respect as well as self defense and martial arts skills. Awesome programs at every level, great staff, very tight community of people. I highly recommend it.
I love it! ... master kunkel was on the US Olympic team in 2000 and is a national gold medalist. She has a Fantastic family program and she makes her school a very positive enviorment for all ages. come and check it out.
ALL TKD instructors pay attention to the individual needs and safety of each student. I am 56 years old and started training at ALL TKD when I was 47 because of the many physical and mental benefits of martial arts. I chose this school because two school teachers here in Colorado Springs recommended Olympian Barb Kunkel as a very positive person and dedicated individual.
